GRAPE VARIETY: Merlot (100%)

COLOR: Deep ruby red with very bright violet reflections.

NOSE: Intense and very expressive, highlighting the varied and articulated array of ripe small wild berries, especially currants and blueberries. Complex and richly spiced background with tones of licorice, caramel, and toasting, well integrated into the wine's bouquet along with fruity elements and balsamic and slightly herbaceous suggestions, typical of the grape variety.

PALATE: Significant tannic structure and great body ensure roundness, length, and persistence on the palate with a savory and peppery finish, enhancing its expression and drinkability.

PAIRING: Perfect for accompanying great structured dishes based on pasta and meat. The optimal serving temperature is 17 - 18°C.
