POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We are a registered Private Importer with the SAQ. 
• Prices listed are sales tax included.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Wine can only be purchased by the case (most products are in cases of 6 bottles)
• The SAQ requires 36 hours to process an order.  Please expect a minimum of 7-10 business days to receive your order. We can also ship to the SAQ in your area free of charge which is subject to usual SAQ delays of 10-15 business days. Once your order is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm shipment. 
• Standard shipping rate of 25$ applies. 
• We deliver five days a week in the Greater Montreal Area and to most other parts of Quebec on a weekly basis. Online orders are for Québec residents only. 
• Refund Policy: Please report loss or damaged goods to DiVino upon reciept. Failure of immediate notification may result in your claim being denied.
• Defective Goods: Corked, oxidized, maderized or otherwise defective wines must be returned within 60 days of date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
• All unopened returned cases are subject to a 2% + GST + QST restocking fee.  We cannot accept returns of partial cases.
