Grape Variety: Grenache Noir and Cinsault. Organic agriculture. 

COLOR: This 2023 vintage features a pale, sparkling robe with luminous and brilliant reflections. Its pretty lychee color catches the eye and invites tasting.

NOSE: The nose is elegant and subtle at first. It reveals beautiful aromas of exotic fruits and citrus, fresh red berries (strawberries, raspberries), ending with a hint of English candy.

PALATE: The mouthfeel follows the nose, with a delicious freshness and liveliness. The core of the palate is broad and tender, supported by a lovely tension throughout the tasting.

PAIRING: It pairs perfectly with a fine appetizer, a variety of savory bites, and charcuterie. Its deliciousness and character match wonderfully with grilled fish drizzled with lemon, and a fresh tomato salad dressed with muscat vinegar. Serve this rosé at a temperature of 8 to 10°C (46 to 50°F), and keep it in an ice bucket throughout the tasting.
