COLOR: Bright ruby red with youthful violet reflections.

NOSE: Very intense and distinctive, full of fruity suggestions, dominated by notes of sour cherry, sweet cherry, and other ripe small red fruits, well blended with spicy and peppery tones, hints of herbal essences, and mineral-earthy scents.

PALAIS: full-bodied and round with lively, clean, persistent, and never mundane tannins, good acidity, a savory, pleasant, and inviting finish that gives this wine drinkability, accessibility, and encourages drinking.

PAIRING: The most traditional and iconic red wine from our region, suitable for everyday drinking as well as special occasions, classically paired with all courses of a meal and with and roasted meats, both beef and pork. The optimal serving temperature is 15°C.
