Château de Saint-Martin has set itself a new challenge with the creation of a range of premium dealcoholized wines, responding to a growing trend.

A sparkling Rosé, the result of 11 generations of know-how from a vineyard expert in the production of “CRU CLASSÉ” wines from the Côtes
de Provence appellation.

Vinification & technique: vinification, vacuum distillation (cold process), followed by the addition of natural aromas to compensate for still losses.

Tasting notes: Freshness for an elegant aperitif, and aromatic structure for convivial food pairings.
Appearance: Melon, peach.
Nose: Luscious, with hints of rose, vine peach, passion fruit and pomelo, recalling the character of the wine from which it is made.
Palate: Fresh with aromas of rose and a finish of apple and exotic kiwi, all with good length.
Tasting temperature: 8 to 10°C.
