Grape Variety: 70% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Blanc, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier

COLOR: A pale yellow color with light amber reflections.

NOSE: An open and complex bouquet revealing aromas of dried fruits, almond, and subtle tobacco. The finish evolves into notes of yellow fruits, caramel, and fresh bread.

PALATE: A clean, fresh attack with vibrant fruit expression. The palate is elegant and seductive, featuring delicate honeyed notes of quince and floral hints reminiscent of myosotis. Sustained and refined, with a regular bead and fine, persistent bubbles.
