Grape Variety: Pinot Noir (90%), Chardonnay (10%)

COLOR: A bright, clear pale pink hue.

NOSE: A complex and refined bouquet revealing layers of red and black fruits—redcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, and cassis—enhanced by subtle notes of grenadine and a refreshing hint of peppermint on the finish.

PALATE: Delicate and precise on the attack, opening with vibrant red and dark fruit flavors. The wine shows excellent structure balanced by a persistent freshness that lingers elegantly.
