GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese (90%), Malvasia Nera (5%), Syrah (5%)

COLOR: Intense ruby red with bright purple reflections.

NOSE: Very expressive and intensely fruity, rich in warm and ripe notes reminiscent of small wild berries, plum, and sour cherry, well integrated with the classic hints of wood aging, vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, and sweet spices in general.

PALATE: Fleshy, highly structured, and lively tannins, excellently supported by acidity and body; a rich and savory mid-palate is highlighted, along with a complex, mineral, and elegant finish.

PAIRING: Beautifully paired with great dishes of roasted red meat (such as sirloin and beef fillet). The optimal serving temperature is 17 - 18°C.
