COLOR: intense ruby red with purple reflections

NOSE: intense fruity notes with very defined tones of small wild black berries and ripe plum; rich spicy suggestions that enrich and fill the bouquet of this red, giving it the complexity and variety that make it even more elegant and inviting.

PALATE: full-bodied wine with significant tannic depth, capable of standing the test of time while also being immediately appreciated for its balance and persistence. Good acidity backbone, with a silky mid-palate and a precious, very mineral finish.

PAIRING: This wine pairs well with fresh pasta and roasted meats, both white and red. The optimal serving temperature is 16 - 17°C.
