COLOR: very bright straw-yellow, golden;

NOSE: well-defined notes of ripe citrus (especially pink grapefruit) make it typical and closely tied to the territory and grape variety it comes from. Completing the olfactory profile are intriguing notes of coastal medicinal herbs along with the traditional mineral background of maritime Vermentino.

PALATE: good acidity and overall great freshness give it drinkability and pleasantness. It's a full-bodied wine with good volume, rich in fruity and floral suggestions, with a savory and intensely mineral finish.

PAIRING: A splendid wine for aperitifs, but also capable of excellently complementing cold seafood. The optimal serving temperature is 9-10°C.
